I am a versatile technical learning & development professional and with solid experience in the Australian mining & resources,  ICT services, and HR services industry.

I am aiming to be an expert in my field, continuously improve and grow my skills as well as my professional network. I help and support others to be the best they can be. I am focussed on a career as a change manager with a strong ability to manage and drive change projects around systems and behaviour. I am a highly motivated and ambitious consultant, with strong time management and interpersonal skills, a passion for IT and technology, customer service, stakeholder and relationship management.

Working in a technical environment and working with IT in general comes naturally to me as I have always worked closely with all levels of IT professionals and completed a MBA focusing on computer science and marketing. I am also an accredited Prosci Change Manager and a certified Trainer and Assessor (TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment). I have been living in Australia since 2009 where I provide consulting services to business and private clients.

My most recent projects were supporting large, global SAP implementations in the Australian resources industry and required me to be across ARIS business processes, various ERP systems including JDE and SAP and mining specific work management, preventative maintenance and materials management processes.
