removing the crash bars
After the bike lived outdoors for 10 years the bolts of the FiveStars crashbars
suffered corosion. Unfortunately one bolt holding the crash bar as well as the
radiator of gthe cooling system broke, leaving a piece in the hole of the frame
of the motorcycle. This will cause a major effort to remove the piece.
The crash bar has caused me headaches before because it broke off the mounts
for the engine protectors due to vibration only after a few thousend miles after
being mounted.

desaster strikes
This bolt holts the radiator as well as the crash bar. It broke while trying to un-screw.
part of the bolt staying in the frame. I will try to replace all bolts by non-corrosive steel bolts.
