loosen the absorber of rear suspension as well as gas pump in order to be able
to pass the two around each other. The absorber will stay connected to the rear spring.

her is the gas pump as well as the ribbon which holds the absorber cylinder

after detaching the lower suspension levers you can remove the bolt at
the lower end of the spring and then at the upper end. The spring finds
a way out to the bottom together with the absorber. Note: the weight of the
spring should better not be held by the tube while trying to pass the absorber
through the narrow space.

first take off the caps which cover the axle of the rear suspension. The material
tends to break when old. It should be renewed. Then remove nut from bolt and drive
bolt to the left with hammer and sting
|

to release the chain, the chain protector needs to be unscrewed.
|

|
the slide for the chain shows severe wear. Should be replaced.
