removing the engine
there is a binder connectin cables and tubes right of the airbox.

The rear brake comes off in one piece. no need to drain it. The part holding
the footrest and the prake pedal sticks in a hole in the frame. Once the rear
suspension is taken away you can drive it out this hole from the inner side
using hammer and sting
|

disconnect the regulator (hope this is how it is called) and take it away
|
|
here goes the brake light switch
|
|
it is possible to simply rip the cable binders off the frame. they can be
fitted again later onto those tiny white knobs
|
|
cable colors match at the ignition system (rear cylinder in this case)
|
|
ignition system will be removed together with spark plugs
|
|
the opposite end links to the cable tree
|
|
one more connector. what was this again?
|
|

the starter cable passes through here

a grounding wire holds the cable tree near this bridge

the grounding cable will go away and the bridge as well

The cables for the gas handle maybe be disconnected after loosening the plate.
The adjustment should stay as is!

the choke cable is diconnected at the top. It can stay with the carburators

carburators may be disconnected after loosening the rings on the rubber tubes.
Simply turn clockwise and pull.

carburators may stay attached to each other.

upper engine support removed, now two bolts at the bottom and at the rear of the
engine and the engine can be moved outward with a 90 degrees turn to the left.
Instead of taking a photo I took a beer. That engine is heavy! Enough for today.
