Who's EVA?

Energetic - vivid - ambitious - why did I choose these words as a slogan to describe myself.

Well first of all they represent obviously the three letters of my name, but more important they represent my open and engaging character.

At work and friends appreciate my personal drive and energy to create and catch up on ideas and visions as well as to motivate others. If you've ever heard of the INSIGHTS Discovery® typology of characters - you will identify me as an communicative visioner, inspiring and motivating, who gets along with others easily .

Having ideas and identifying goals and milestones, I'm ambitious to realise my plans in private and at work.

My increasing interest is to develope and deploy methods. Currently I'm investigating in time management and project management, negotiation and sales technics. Mentoring and coaching others in these techniques is a challenge, I'm aiming for.
